We fabricated a variety of steel pieces for this Hilltop showpiece. A sleek custom fence provides an airy boundary around the property. Frosted glass panels were used on the gates for added privacy. The custom backlit address plate adds a finishing touch. Black powder coating was used to tie the existing metal work around the windows and doors in with a luxurious motorized sunshade over the courtyard.
The versatile entertainment space can be enjoyed by sipping drinks around the gas fire pit, dining al fresco, or gathering around the television. The gas fire pit draws guests in. A bright blue brings a pop of color that stands out from surrounding neutral tones. Stone pavers carry through from the front walkway. A wood accent wall is a simple way to segment the seating space from the dining area. The stylish outdoor kitchen with high end grill allows the family to socialize while hosting.
